Neil and JJ, love your attitude towards CrossFit and your personality. Thanks for what you do every Sunday and the the work that you put into every show. I don't know if anyone else is giving you props but great job with the show. I love your humility in the face of something as cool as CrossFit.

Are these available in podcast? I don't have the time to sit at my computer and listen to these.

If not, we should do that. I would probably be pretty easy.

Or have it so we can download it as an mp3 file and stick it on our ipods.

Jeremy, it is there as an mp3, so you can stick it on any portable mp3 player.

Here are Ron's instructions for setting up the RSS feed:

The podcast URLs are accessible by going to the Audio and Videos category. Whatever browser you are using should display the RSS feed icon in the location bar. Clicking on the feed icon should them enable you to subscribe to the feed using whatever application you prefer. N.B. that the videos feed contains premium content, and you will have to use a reader such as iTunes that supports authentication. You will be asked for your journal username and password when downloading videos in iTunes. This is normal, and be sure to enable the 'save user information' checkbox so you don't have to re-enter it each time. You can also subscribe in iTunes by using the "Subscribe to podcast" menu item and entering the feed address http://journal.crossfit.com/audio.xml or http://journal.crossfit.com/video.xml

Great show! In fact, I'd even say it was in the top two so far. All your guests were friggin cool. I'd like to hear Sevan on the air explaining how he got served by a nine year old girl ;-)

First off, very entertaining show!

However, I've got some beef with one of your mock promos.

You threw GNC under the bus. Granted most people don't know how to eat or know the first thing about nutrition. Even the most educated of us, has a use for this place or others. And although CrossFit does not endorse supplements, it is a proponent of Zone, which was designed by Dr. Sears, who recommends fairly high Omega-3 supplementation. GNC's Triple Fish Oil fits the bill without choking down excessive pills daily. There also seems to be a consesus we should supplement with a Multi-vitamin/mineral as nutritional insurance. Current industrial/petrochemical-based farming techniques leave a lot to be desired in our food supply. That is unless your farming your own, buying local, and/or organic. But even then, there is legitamate research of the benefits of additional antioxidants and phytochemicals which can be found at...you guessed it, GNC. There are too many to mention, but you get the point.

For the record, I agree with the bit you did on Curves for Women. Yeah, its better than nothing.
