I love the part where she stops in the middle of talking and says. "I gotta go, someones calling on my phone." Very ironic it was on the Episode all about women, I had to laugh at how it reminded me of my wife!

I did gain some pearls from this episode. Interesting to hear Eva's thoughts on how it helped her skiing - not only performance but to help her avoid additional injury in case of a skiing crash.

Another pearl - Coach talking about how the women adapt in coordination, accuracy, agility and balance; while men adapt in power and strength. Whats going on in globogyms puts women at a bigger disadvantage by removing the movements that rely on coordination, accuracy, agility and balance.

Also in this episode - the question to the women of Crossfit, "In which ways has Crossfit changed your love life?" Their answer was not quite what I was expecting.
