Jeremy Thiel, what a great guy! I remember how vehemently Jeremy's supporters and clients defended him after the games and I figured he is genuine based on that reaction. This interview has reinforced my gut feeling about Jeremy. Also, interesting comments on trigger points and nutrition and a whole lot more. Fantastic, genuine interview!

Love the new format,

Sincerely,

Jeremy mentioned that he read a lot of books and literature about getting your mind in the zone for training and sports psychology. Any clue on some titles for that literature? Thanks!

Jay- I'm one of Jeremy's clients. When I first started at CrossFit Central, Jeremy told me about "The Success Principles" by Jack Canfield. It's covers a lot of ground, but I don't know if that's what you're looking for.

Neil and JJ- Great show as always. Keep up the good work!

I just want to thank Crossfit radio for the great podcasts. I am a 44 year old police officer who found CrossFit 6 months ago. I was someone who dabbled on and off with your typical global gym exercises and quite frankly got little benefit from the Monday Chest/Tri's, Tuesday Back/Bi's blah blah routine. One of your affiliate owners said it best "Your a F^&cking idiot if your doing isolation exercises without taking steriods" (Quite Funny).

Anyways, Crossfit radio has provided great entertained while I am out on surveillance for hours at a time, and has provided me with valuable insight on exercise, nutrition, mental approach to the WODS ect.

I also want to give a big SHOUTOUT to Cynergy Crossfit located in Hanson, MA who puts on a "First Responder Challenge". Police, Fire and EMS challenge each other for three months Jan thru March on a variety of crossfit challenges. They have provided excellent instruction and motivation which will enable those who protect us to provide better service and live a higher quality of life.

PS: Rockland PD watch out for Marshfield PD we are coming after you.

Thanks again

Steven M.

Ok folks I have a bit of a problem. I was away from my computer for almost a month and what should I discover when I come back but that I can't seem to either automatically download the CFR episodes as a podcast nor manually through the website. People I've been deprived of CF talk long enough please help me end the madness! Thanks.
