Keith has been CrossFitting since 2004, and helped create CrossFit NYC. He was a lawyer who got into MMA and yoga. He runs CrossFit Virtuosity in NYC and teaches yoga. He talks about his background, why everyone trains barefoot at CrossFit Virtuosity, and how yoga can be beneficial for a number of CrossFitters.
