Keith has been CrossFitting since 2004, and helped create CrossFit NYC. He was a lawyer who got into MMA and yoga. He runs CrossFit Virtuosity in NYC and teaches yoga. He talks about his background, why everyone trains barefoot at CrossFit Virtuosity, and how yoga can be beneficial for a number of CrossFitters.

Jeff, I just listened to it through my browser and it sounded fine to me. Keith is clearly on a phone, but it wasn't hard to understand him.

Anyone else having an issue?

Nice interview! Liked the history of Wittenstein in CF and there were some well made points.

i really liked that interview. i specially found the discussion about yoga interesting, but i don't know why crossfitters are so suspicious about yoga. as coach glassman mentioned in "what is fitness" yoga is somehow part of "our" gymnastic program. it's all about body control. Nice to listen to you, Keith.
Last question to Keith: How many Burpees did you do after that interview man, you know... ;-)
