Jeff talked about how he got into kettlebells and how working with them cured chronic shoulder problems. He was a defensive tactics instructor for a federal agency and saw great improvements introducing KBs to that agency. Jeff also covers some tips and tricks for working with KBs.

Thanks for the interview boys, I found Jeff interesting, informative, and entertaining. And yes, I had to put the show on pause and toss and catch a few kettle bells!

So I'm catching up on my CF radio.
I just got back to my chair after trying to juggle my KB in the living room, and then the comment about stopping and trying KB juggling.
Too bad Murph was this morning, because my hands are pretty shot from 100 PU.
