Ariana Grassi is a true fitness expert. She grew up in Italy where she was involved in dancing, gymnastics and fitness instruction. She moved to the US when she was 21 (found out that accent wasn’t Texan) to pursue a career in fitness and fitness competition. Although successful in numerous fitness competitions, she decided that training and helping others was her true passion.
Since going into fitness coaching and instruction she found her niche. Ariana is co-owner of CrossFit Hardcore and CrossFit Hardcore West. She is partners with her husband Lance Mosely. They have produced some great CrossFit athletes, several of whom competed in the 2008 CrossFit Games.
She talks about her extensive fitness background, training philosophies, and how to create and run a successful affiliate.

I eat the plain with some fruit and nuts. My kids eat the flavored, you can do alot worse in the yogurt department.
you can also look for Icelandic Skyr yogurt.

The Skyr rocks yet it is expensive.
