What was the name of that yogurt she said had 20 grams of protein? I can't seem to find any info on it.

Josh, Look for Greek Yogurt. One name brand is FAGE.

Here is one brand of Greek yogurt,

I eat the plain with some fruit and nuts. My kids eat the flavored, you can do alot worse in the yogurt department.

you can also look for Icelandic Skyr yogurt.

The Skyr rocks yet it is expensive.
