Pat explained his role at the Certs and what goes into putting them on every week. He answered questions about what people experience and hopefully come away with after attending a Cert. He also discussed his background, history with CrossFit, his training, and how he will be throwing his hat in the ring at the upcoming MidAtlantic Regional Qualifier.

I disagree with the comment about the Zone not being concerned with quality of food. I believe it was Mastering the Zone and maybe a few other books that Sears said that only 1/4th of your blocks in a meal should be unfavourable.

Zone does not say you can lose weight from balanced blocks of white bread & steak.

Not saying the Zone is be all end all. I actually follow a paleo/zone ish dietary plan.

I did love the rest of the Zone crash course.

Over all good show once again guys.

Matt
