Can somebody give me a time index for the top-five-things-to-have bit? Or just let me know what the top five things are, I suppose. I've got a long list of journal things to read and listen to and I don't want to miss that tidbit.

They go into the top 5 (then top 10, then top 15) right away. Great show. I'm surprised parallettes made it into the top five.

Has anyone else had a problem getting this episode to play? I can play the podcasts of all the other episodes on my computer, but on this one episode it says I have a codec or something missing.

I had the same problem. Supposedly you are missing codec "50". But what I did was open the episode with Quicktime and it worked perfectly. I suggest you do the same

Greetings Dave Young from a fellow Northwesterner (Renton). The Rogue Fitness guy was a wealth of info. I'm ordering the Crossfit Socal starter package from Rogue today, as I am currently unstrong but love the oly lifts. Strength work at home is real doable for me as a supplement to the regular programming I do at Northwest Crossfit. Kettlebells have been my only real strength work at home so far (and they've been great). Anyway, keep up the good work. I really enjoy your show.
