This Weekend Edition episode features Andy Petranek from CrossFit LA on the subject of CrossFit Basics: What you need to know before you WOD. Dave Young asks Andy to comment on the importance of form and progression, and to give the listener a more in-depth explanation of the information on the Getting Started page of CrossFit.com. Since both Dave and Andy go back a ways with CrossFit, there was also an opportunity for a little CrossFit history at the start of the show just for fun.
