01:31 Kicking off the show was an interview with Peter Egyed who won a place at the CrossFit Games by finishing first in the Last Chance Qualifier. Peter was disappointed to place 11th at the Great Basin Qualfier. So he welcomed the opportunity to get to the Games by submitting video evidence that he was among CrossFit’s best. Peter talked about the three workouts he completed within 24 hours and how he strategized each one. Peter is the owner of CrossFit Fury.

23:51 Justin previewed an upcoming video featuring world arm-wrestling champion Travis Bagent. He also read an email about the perils of doing burpees at the the side of highway when there are state troopers around..

29:35 Robin Moore, who trains at CrossFit Flagstaff, described how CrossFit has changed his life in five short months. He has lost a tremendous amount of weight, and has improved his health with the help of CrossFit and a Paleo-inspired diet. Robin explained how he is now helping others travel the path he found.

I'm really enjoying your question Justin - well thought out. BTW, any plans on checking in with Russell B and Gayle J (not so newbies) on how they're doing? Also, any chance of getting in touch with the top 5 Games 08 finishers about how they feel about the competition this year (I know you had Jason commenting on this briefly), but it will be interesting to hear from the others. Thanks

Thanks all for the nice comments. Maciej I like the idea and Pat Barber was scheduled for tonight to talk about the very thing you suggest but he had a scheduling conflict. He did promise to come on a future show and update the nation. I will try and track down the others. Thanks for listening.
