Justin, thanks for reading my email on air. It was great fun; my 15 minutes of fame! ;^)

Your guests were great, too. I'll check out the Paleo Challenge. I think I'm too much a beginner to survive a game of HORSE with anyone, though. With friends over to the garage we did our first Fight Gone Bad. It feels gooooood! 8^)

Here's my wife, Kirsten (She Who Must Be Obeyed:)

I just wanted to comment on, after hearing the first segment of your show, that after eating in the Zone for 2 months, I too have noticed a big increase in energy and I need less sleep than ever before. After a couple of weeks I lost so much weight that I had to double my fats to maintain where I wanted to be. All of this without ever getting hungry. I couldn't believe how effective it was. Now I'm telling all my friends about it.

Charles again: Yeah, it's similiar. We have more to learn about Paleo, but the stuff we're eating for the Zone keeps us largely out of grains and processed foods.

Thanks again, Justin and crew. Keep up the great work!

I recently completed my personal trainer course. The instructor uses the CrossFit concept of traiing. After taking the course, and reading various articles about CrossFit I to believe this is the way to go. I have been lifting for over 35 years, some power lifting and some body building, but I am sold on the idea of functional strenght. I want to start training clients this spring, but I don't feel confident at this point in time, in my knowlegde of how to come up with effective WODs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
