I am currently a Marine Staff Sergeant. I have been a CrossFit Junkie for almost 2 years now.

First, I would like to say that the Fight Gone Bad IV initiative is awesome. Big ups to everyone involved in that. Same goes for the Operation Phoenix deal. I personally bought a shirt as well.

Second, I would like to add that prior to starting with CrossFit, I browsed Twight's page and wrote down a couple workouts myself. While I do believe he has done a good job for himself and those he has trained (I mean, come on dude, those "300" dudes were ripped-- I am not ripped like that... close but no cigar ya feel me?), I think he can come up and speak on his thoughts to a nation of CrossFitters vice a group of Gym Jones potential members. Let's do it. Put him on the show! Let's explore the other side.

Thanks again for an awesome show.
