Great program, hats off to Tony Budding. I liked the whole episode. I'm looking forward to more about Louie Simmons, studying the limits of human performance must necessarily include his point of view, because of his success and that he articulates his method so well. I like what Tony had to say about the Crossfit philosophy and the open experimental model. I like OPT's statement: “Experts think they know everything; masters KNOW that they don’t know” as opposed to the CF critic "expert" who declares "I actually know WHY I am doing things..."
Of course there will be a number of people will want an "expert" telling them every detail of the "what and why" of their workouts and their diet, just like there are tens of millions of people comfortable with "experts" regulating every other aspect of their lives.

Excellent 100th show with Tony B and keeping us focused on what counts amongst all the debates of Paleo and Zone as well as more or less strength focus for better GPP! Its important for many who are just coming into crossfit and todays biggest questions that are being asked.
