In Salt Lake City via the Southwest Airlines Ding program, the CrossFit media team of Tony Budding and Rory McKernan spent a day at Tommy Hackenbruck’s Ute CrossFit.
In Part 3 of this series, Tony and Rory set up an overhead-squat/pull-up/400-meter-run workout for three athletes who are coached through the WOD by Hackenbruck, Miranda and Tyson Oldroyd of CrossFit 801, and Chris Spealler of CrossFit Park City.
The women hit the WOD in force, and in the debriefing Miranda and Tyson share a little about their relationship by answering an age-old question: Can you coach your significant other?

You are providing original content here, but this whole Southwest Ding series seems to go against your mission statement. Forgive me if this has been brought up before.

I don't believe they are making any money from Southwest so how is there any advertising?

How about Tommy running with her and encouraging her. I thought that was pretty cool. Oh and btw, Tyson = one lucky fella!

I know I should go back and check her name, but the lady in the pink top has a lovely kip. She makes it look effortless.
