I wanted to take a second to address the pushup form issue. It was brought up in the comments of the womens' south central video, but I feel like it got glossed over a little. It seems to me that the standards for the push ups in the weight vest, half cindy were some what lacking. I was wondering if anyone who competed or was involved in the design of this workout could comment on the reasoning for going with these standards for this event.

I agree, I'd like to hear more about it because what is shown on the video is anything but a push-up. It's not an issue for the competitors if that was the standard for everyone, but why not enforce the real CF standard? Come on Tuck! :)
