On Sept., 25, 2010, the fifth annual Fight Gone Bad event was held around the world to support the Wounded Warrior Project, CrossFit Foundation and Livestrong.
In Charlotte, N.C., eight CrossFit affiliates united 150 athletes to support these worthy causes and compete as a community. Set in a public location, the event gave plenty of exposure to CrossFit and the Fight Gone Bad charities.
“Everyone had a good time, cheering each other on,” said organizer Lance Breedon of Ultimate CrossFit. “Seeing people put it all out there like that, it makes you feel good.”

Great video Lenny!
For me this is what CrossFit is all about. Coming together as a community to help others. This was an awesome event and I'm happy to have had a part in it.
Thanks to Lance and all the other Charlotte Affiliates!
