Want a great exercise for developing upper-body strength? Try legless rope climbing.

HQ trainer Adrian (Boz) Bozman can teach you how to progress from beginner to advanced legless climbing. While less technical than other climbing techniques, legless climbing is still extremely challenging and translates well to strength-demanding movements such as the strict muscle-up.

Join Sevan Matossian as he films Boz, Carl Paoli and Kim Bozman demonstrating the legless rope climb at San Francisco CrossFit.
