With the 63- and 69-kg women on the platform at the recent CrossFit-USAW Open, the broadcast team was joined by elite American lifters Kendrick Farris and Natalie Burgener. Both Farris and Burgener did very well in the 2008 Olympics, and they were on hand talk about the Open and break down the lifters’ form and technique in the snatch.

The 63-kg class included 2010 CrossFit Games competitor Heather Bergeron and 2010 Games champ Kristan Clever. Of note in the 69-kg class were 2010 Games competitor Jasmine Dever, HQ trainer Miranda Oldroyd, and Lindsey Benson, who returned from a back injury last year to win the snatch half of the 69s by an impressive 8 kg.
