“I was in good shape going into it, but it was just so different. It just crushed me,” 2010 CrossFit Games champion Graham Holmberg says of his first CrossFit experience. The workout was Fran, and the rest is history.

An athlete since childhood, Holmberg played NCAA Division III football and baseball for Capital University in Columbus, Ohio. He even tried out for professional baseball. After college, he coached freshman baseball and became a personal trainer until he found CrossFit. Follow Holmberg’s path from athlete to champion as his athleticism, talent and dedication take him to new heights.

3:31 fran first time he did it? Lol that's probably the best non-crossfiter fran time ever... My first fran was like 20 minutes LOL (I was really not in shape, and had 130 BW so thrusters were pretty damn hard)

I've got say Graham that it is great to see a top/champion crossfitter that is so positive as a role model. As a christian solo crossfitter, I love listening to you and others like your self (Chris Spealler, MIko etc.) Thanks for your story and the inspiration. God Bless You
