1:45 Chef Nick Massie is featured in a host of popular cooking videos in the CrossFit Journal, and he came on the show to talk about a DVD and cookbook he’s creating to help CrossFitters gain more confidence in the kitchen. Massie talked about his culinary background, how he found CrossFit and how he merges his two passions. During the interview, Massie shared his top three tips cooking tips and explained how his hobby of creating handmade wooden rings has turned into a business.

30:15 Graham Holmberg earned the title World’s Fittest Man in 2010 by winning the CrossFit Games, and he followed that performance up with a fourth-place finish at the 2011 Reebok CrossFit Games. The elite athlete from Ohio described how his training and preparation differed over the past two years and talked about the added pressure on athletes who have won the Games. Holmberg also shared what it was like to watch himself on ESPN2. Finally, he explained how his affiliate, Rogue Fitness, is preparing for next year’s affiliate competition.

Great show this week. Funny coincidence that Lance Armstrong came up in both interviews. Maybe Lance should be a future guest!

I've never met Graham Holmberg, but the interview really conveyed him to be a down-to-earth, genuinely good guy. Awesome interview. Thanks, JJ!
