Erin Walker, a veteran P.E. teacher and a new CrossFitter, uses the training methodology to help her students become stronger and faster.

As a veteran middle-school physical-education teacher in San Diego County, I find it exciting when given an opportunity for professional development. As a person new to CrossFit, learning how to bring the workout program to my students was just as exciting.

CrossFit Kids is not just CrossFit scaled for smaller, younger people. It is designed specifically with the needs of a growing, changing and developing individual in mind. I am always looking for ways to motivate and excite my students about fitness.

CrossFit has proven to be the way.

I can not think of a better way to get young kids MOVING!! Awesome job! Not to mention how fun CrossFit Kids makes things!
