He came on the show to talk about why he has so many athletes following his programming, and he explained his training philosophies and beliefs, which he calls “the Outlaw Way.” Nielsen said he frequently experiments with his athletes and different training protocols, and he described why he programs in waves and how he breaks them down according to lifts and movements. The head Outlaw also explained how his remote coaching works and why that method is sometimes better for him.

Chapman, a longtime affiliate owner and CrossFit Seminar Staff trainer, judged at several Regional events and talked about why it’s important for him to give back to the community as the sport evolves. Chapman also explained about how he programs, and he gave his thoughts on the CrossFit Games and how they find the world’s fittest athletes.
