Hill spoke about how his performance and recovery change as he ages, and he explained how he handles the volume necessary to be an elite Masters competitor. Hill has started doing yoga and says it helps him a great deal. Hill spoke about the experience at the Games last year and said he’s excited for the upcoming competition that’s only days away.

He described why and how he plans to fix a few problems in time for the Games. Kasperbauer has a hectic schedule and explained how he manages everything and makes sure his nutrition is in line. The athlete from CrossFit Omaha talked about being mentally ready for the Games and said he feels he’s ahead of where he was last year at this time. Finally, he described how he uses mobility work to address specific issues.
