2:06 Scott Panchik placed fourth at the CrossFit Games in 2012 and talked about his expectations for the 2013 competition, which wraps up July 28. He described what it was like to be in the same Regional as past champions Rich Froning and Graham Holmberg and explained how he trained for the Games. Panchik has different coaches for different skills, and he detailed how he coordinates programming from various experts.

However, they did offer their opinions on who they thought would be on the podium at the the end of the weekend. At press time, only the Games’ Sunday-afternoon tests had yet to be revealed.
30:50 Scott Olson won the CrossFit Games Masters 60-Plus Division in 2012 and came into 2013 full of confidence. He didn’t disappoint and defended his title at the StubHub Center. He spoke about this year’s competition and what it takes to excel as you age. He also gave his thoughts on the programming for the Master’s competition and briefly explained how he prepared for it.
