Alverson also talked about how gyms can set themselves apart from the competition, and she says it’s important to view business mistakes as learning experiences. An athlete who has competed in four editions of the CrossFit Games, Alverson shared her views on the competitive side of CrossFit and how competitors are able to surpass previous elite levels of performance.
