On Episode 305 of CrossFit Radio, host Justin Judkins interviewed Eric O’Connor, a man who wears many hats. This episode was webcast on Nov. 20, 2013.

1:15 Few have more experience than Eric O’Connor: he’s a coach at CrossFit Park City in Utah, he’s on CrossFit’s Level 1 Seminar Staff, he’s an instructor for both the Coach’s Prep Course and the CrossFit Competitor’s Course, and he’s competed at the Games and Regional level for years. O’Connor explained why he moved to Utah and how he found CrossFit, and he talked about how he strives to help his athletes improve every day. He also described the CrossFit Competitor’s Course and explained how it can help an athlete or coach. The air squat is his favorite movement to coach at Level 1 Seminars, and O’Connor shared some of his best cues. During the Lightning Round of questions, he revealed interesting facts about himself and explained why he’d want to have dinner with Bo Jackson.

I used to love listening to this podcast. Then you made changes to the RSS feed so that no podcatchers on android or PC's can automatically download it. Now you've made changes so that even iTunes doesn't update (currently showing episode 295 as the last one). The only way to access it is to log into CFJ and download the MP3. With all the power and technical expertise at CrossFit Media, why can't we get an RSS feed figured out? Do you know what RSS originally stood for? Really Simple Syndication? It has been over a year since the first problems started happening. Please get this fixed. I don't want to give up completely.

Nathan,
We have been trying different platforms in order to make this work. I think we now have the winning solution. Thanks for your comment. I realized I needed to tweak something for the RSS feed to work. I think I have it fixed now.

Justin,
I just checked via Feedly (Windows, Mac, & Android), BeyondPod (Android), Stitcher (Windows, Mac, Android), and iTunes (Windows) and it still isn't working.

Feedly & BeyondPod: Up to date feed but broken links to audio
Stitcher: Shows last show as January 2013
iTunes: Last episode was 295

I hope you get it fixed. I used to really enjoy your show.

-Nate

I just took the Level 1 Course 4 days after this interview and Eric of one of the instructors. He really is a terrific coach. I learned a ton from his lecturers and our break outs.
