Gift-wrapped rocks make poor presents, but they’re perfect for a CrossFit Kids workout, and you can re-gift them in a special game as well.

If your young ones have a bit too much energy after holiday treats, pull out the rocks for some push presses, and when they're worn out, you can explain why you gave them a bunch of stones for Christmas.

You might want to have a real present handy as backup.
