He spoke about how he programs for these competitors and explained why he includes auxiliary lifts such as dumbbell rows and curls. Cerrillo described how he includes gymnastics movements and mobility into his programming, and he talked about the importance of mental toughness for competitive athletes. While many affiliates offer a wide variety of membership options, few have lifetime packages. Cerrillo explained how US$5,000 lifetime memberships at his gym have helped provide cash to expand and get more equipment. Finally, he told the story of how Super Bowl champion Don Hasselbeck walked into CrossFit Bellevue and spoke to him about coaching his son Matt. After a lengthy stint with the Seattle Seahawks ended following the 2010 season, the NFL quarterback spent two years with the Tennessee Titans, and he finished the 2013-2014 campaign with the Indianapolis Colts.
