We are presenting each episode in three high quality formats. Note that these files are very large. They are not intended to be viewed streaming. Please download the entire file to your hard drive before viewing it (right-click on the link, and select Save Link As...).
The largest and highest quality files are a true HD 1280x720 (720p) H.264. All Macs will be able to play this automatically. Most PCs will require additional software (such as QuickTime or iTunes, though many others are available). There are two standard definition options: a 720x404 WMV, which should play automatically on all PCs with a current version of Windows Media Player, and a 640x360 MOV, which is also iPod/iPhone compatible.
RSS feeds are available for the 720p H.264 and Quicktime and can be added to iTunes to automatic downloading of content. Click on the links below to launch iTunes and add the appropriate feed. You will be prompted for your Journal username and password in iTunes in order to download the content.
